HARARE – The ZSE’s mainstream industrial index weakened 1, 56 percent from the previous week, closing at 134.83 following a 0.42 loss.
Giant insurer Old Mutual shed $0, 0500 to trade at $3, 4500 while telecoms giant Econet lost $0, 0096 to close at $0, 1400.
Barclays, CBZ, Delta and Natfoods traded unchanged at $0, 0220, $0, 1050, $0, 8125 and $3, 5125 respectively.
The mining index was steady at 60.89 as Bindura, Falgold, Hwange and RioZim remained unchanged at previous trading levels.
On a week-on-week basis, the mining index went up by 0.16 (or 0, 26 percent). – BH24 Reporter
